Recent advances of nanofluids in micro/nano scale energy transportation

As the continuing integration and size deflation of component dimensions in electronic circuits increase number transistors modern microprocessor chips, especially for heat dissipation micro/nano scale devise, traditionally used single phase fluid cannot meet requirements highly efficient transfer, which thus frequently results damage electrical devices. Consequently, thermal conductivity enhancement working fluids is great significance advanced energy conservation conversion. Nanofluids, possess a superior conductive performance, are studied towards an alternative to fluids, have attracted ample attention within past decades. In this paper, firstly, we summarized recent progress preparation nanofluids, particular method involving covalent concerning reorganization or generation; subsequently, utilization nanofluids hitherto unsummerized mass transfer fields, some chemistry relating applications were discussed. All works demonstrated review aiming at clarifying fact that material technologies required on premise harsh situation; other hand, also able offer insights novel transportation has not yet been reviewed before.
